Hi dear readers,

Did you all enjoyed your weekend? Mine was pretty full with work, homework and a bit of spare time! Only 5 months of school and then I’m hopefully graduating. You all have maybe nothist that I’ve been blogging less then usual. School has to come first at the moment so that means that I can’t always wright as much as I would like to. For know I’ve a new post for you all! A while ago I went to Fashionweek with dear Wendy from wendyvansoest.com! That Sunday we went to they show from Tony Cohen! Have a look :)!

Tony Cohen is nothist by his clean and minimalistic collections therefore is motto ‘less is more’! This time he got inspired by primary shapes, circle sqaure and check, and focussing more on silhouette, materials and finishing. Working with cut tight silhouettes, dark shaded colours ( black, grey brown and a touch of red ) and materials like leather, sheernes and lace made a tough and aswell gracefull collection! The menswear was more on the moody side with thick wool materials combined with lasercut and leather! A clean, pure and powerfull collection with a little twist of gender blending making it one of my favorite collections so far! My absolute favorites were the long button down red dress, laser cut items and the checked sweater and skirt set!

Which look is your favorite? Let me know :)!

Fashionweek | Dorhout Mees

Hi sweet readers,
How are you all? I can finally relax after a few very busy weeks with school work. I wanted to post some more posts but didn’t had enough time! Yesterday was the last day of Amsterdam Fashionweek and I went to the Dorhout Mees show with my giveaway winner Hilde :)! And wow, what an amazing show!

We first meeted at Amsterdam Centraal and chatted a while with a nice cup of Starbucks coffee. After that we went to the Westergasterrein were the show took place. It was so nice to see some other bloggers as Anouk Boonstra from the blog Fajez and Frederique from the blog FAB le Frique! We had tickets for the 3th row so we could see everything super well!

We walked into a cozy setted area with a lot light bulbs hanging from the sealing and in the back was a orchestra playing. Esther got inspired by the old theaters from circuses. Using materials as velvet, sheer and shiny creating 3D applications. Creating extemely small waists with corsets and puffy sleeves for some contrasts in shape. Also loved the handmade platform shoes! My 2 favorite outfits was the sheer top and skirt with blue velvet dots and dyed white dress!
Which one is your favorite? Let me know 🙂
